Privacy
Art Quam Anima respects your privacy.
Data Collected
When you browse this website, no personal data is collected by default. Advertising cookies (Meta and Google) are used only if you explicitly accept them — see "Cookies & Advertising" below. We also keep anonymous server-side visit statistics (no advertising cookies) for security and audience measurement.
If you contact us by email or through a form, we only collect the information necessary to respond to your enquiry: name, email address, and the content of your message.
Cookies & Advertising
With your explicit consent, this site uses advertising cookies from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to show you relevant content elsewhere on the web (retargeting). They load only after you accept — if you refuse, no advertising cookie is set and nothing is sent to Meta or Google. You can accept, refuse, or change your mind at any time using the panel below; refusing changes nothing about your visit.
Cookies that may be used: aqa_consent (essential — remembers your choice, ~6 months); Meta _fbp / _fbc and Google _gcl_* (advertising — only if you accept).
Use of Data
Your data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiries, inform you of our exhibitions and events (if you have consented), and manage workshop and experience bookings.
We never sell your data. The only third parties who may receive data are Meta and Google, and only if you accept advertising cookies above.
Retention
Your data is retained for the time necessary to process your request, and no longer than three years after your last contact.
Your Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and transfer your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time (using the panel above). You may exercise these rights by contacting us at: contact@artquamanima.com
