Relationship between the entities

Original artworks by Arnaud Quercy are sold by their author, Arnaud Quercy EI. Art Quam Anima (AQA - PARIS) acts as gallery and as the artist's agent under a consignment and gallery services agreement. It acts in the name and on behalf of the artist, does not acquire ownership of the artworks and is not their reseller. The sales invoice is issued by Arnaud Quercy EI. Workshops, experiences and other activities offered at the gallery are sold and organised by Art Quam Anima (AQA - PARIS) on its own account.

VAT

Original works of art supplied by their author benefit from the reduced French VAT rate of 5.5% (Article 278-0 bis, I of the French General Tax Code). This rate applies to sales delivered in France. For deliveries to another EU Member State or outside the European Union, the applicable VAT is determined under the rules set out in Article 7 of the terms of sale for artworks. Workshops and experiences sold by Art Quam Anima are subject to the standard rate of 20%.

All content on this website (text, images, photographs, videos, logos) is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Art Quam Anima is strictly prohibited.

Artworks reproduced on this website are © Arnaud Quercy / ADAGP, Paris, unless another author is credited. Their reproduction, even partial, requires the authorisation of the artist or of ADAGP.
