Meditations - Variation 2 explores the essence of balance through minimal geometric elements on paper. Part of the Untamed Creations collection, this watercolor distills complex visual relationships into their most fundamental forms. The work questions how few elements are needed to create meaningful spatial dialogue.
Gray tones dominate the composition, creating a neutral foundation that spans more than half the surface. Warm yellow-orange hues appear throughout substantial areas, providing gentle contrast against the cooler grays. A deep red-orange accent punctuates the arrangement, while subtle touches of wheat and dark slate blue create refined color moments. The watercolor medium allows these tones to blend naturally at their edges.
