Arnaud Quercy is a Parisian artist working across painting, music, and sculpture. His practice is grounded in Ideamorphism — the principle that a work of art does not carry meaning, but triggers it. Each piece is engineered to diffract differently through each person who encounters it.

Composition 1 explores the balance between geometric precision and organic fluidity through abstract forms on paper. Part of the Untamed Creations collection, this work examines how structured shapes can coexist with expressive gestural elements to create visual tension and harmony.
Red-violet tones dominate the composition, appearing in overlapping translucent shapes that occupy the left portion of the work. Warm yellow-orange forms provide substantial counterweight on the right side, while deep black creates grounding elements below. A light blue-violet rectangle serves as a neutral backdrop, allowing the colored forms to interact across the surface. Linear elements and gestural marks add directional energy throughout the piece.
The work measures 21.0 × 29.5 cm and weighs minimal as an acrylic on paper piece. Certificate of authenticity number 20240313-0061 accompanies the work, with the artist's signature located on the back.
